The objective of the system is to automate the weighing of the truck, axis by axis, by means of a cellular application connected to the indicator. This application on a mobile with Android system will guide the driver in the weighing process, indicating the weight of each axis on the screen.

The weighing platform has an electronic barrier that determines the location of the axes on the platform, thus avoiding erroneous readings.

To end the process, the application stores the weight and sends it to a web server. In the event that the cellular device does not have a signal, the data will be sent automatically when it has a connection. At the end of the process and when the end button is pressed on the mobile if the equipment has the optional printer, so automatically a ticket is printed.

WEIGHTS STORAGE WEB PLATFORM

With this platform you can view all the weighings carried out by the scale filtered by Driver. The system administrator enters it using his administrator password, as detailed in the images on the left.

It also has an alert for maximum load, which when the truck is heavy and weighs more than 45,000 kg, the mobile application sends an email to whoever the administrator has.

IMPORTANT

Both the TGE-30 and the TGE-40 are control scales, therefore they require firm, clean and level ground not only where the balance rests but 15 meters before and 15 meters after the scale, it also requires that when the axle is weighed with dual chassis and the axle of the trailer chest is free or when it is disengaged, the axles must remain standing, NOT braked in the center of the platform. If all these indications are respected, the maximum margin of error is 1%.
